Incurable

Incurable is a live-painted mural created in collaboration with Imperial College London’s Centre for Haematology as part of Paint Lab at the Great Exhibition Road Festival 2026. Inspired by the research of haematologists Kat Fordworth-Hepburn and Sophie Ball on multiple myeloma, the artwork journeys through the microscope and into the body’s blood, revealing a hidden world of cellular activity, fragility, and defence. The project was curated and produced by Interplay Projects.
